CANOEING is one of the highlights of Tortuguero Park, to discover the mystical secrets of the tropical rainforest our tour is an ecological experience since the boat will be propelled by rowing, you can enjoy the sounds coming from various creatures of the tropical forest, to feel the peace of nature, breathtaking views.
We will start the trip from your hotel. After 5 minutes by boat we will reach the Ranger Station called: Cuatro Esquinas. From there we will start our adventure.
We will pass through the main channel, the Tortuguero river and then we will enter one of the small channels with restricted motor access, you will feel that the daily way of life and your stress will disappear, you will be surprised little by little discovering mystical secrets in the curtains made by plants that are covering the giant trees of the jungle, you can also take pictures.
Your tour guide will be passionate, nature lover, Certified as a naturalist who will be able to explain the natural history of flora and fauna, such as plants, trees, insects, lizards such as the famous Jesus Christ lizard, iguanas, birds such as herons and toucans, monkeys , sloths and alligators.
